  • Purchase of all raw materials and packaging materials along with the development of new raw materials at the defined price point.
  • Vendor management, ensuring supplier quality and new product development.
  • Inventory management and system development for the smooth operation of purchase, stores, lab, and made-up section.
  • Maintenance of existing certificates such as Wool mark, GRS, BCI, RCS, etc. and to get the new certificates such as Oeko tex 100, Green Label, etc. as per the requirement of the company.
  • Overall Quality control and Quality Assurance in the entire manufacturing unit.
  • Development of outdoor rugs and made-up products as per buyer requirements.
  • Buyer Technical Compliance and process implementation. And handle technical Audits.
  • Development of new yarns (basic raw material) keeping in view the requirement of marketing, designing, and the client by striking a balance in quality as well as the cost of the end product.  
  • Overall in charge of raw wool procurement and job spinning unit, Beawar, manufacturing woolen carpet yarn.
  • Development of new processes such as flame retardant, stain repellent, pliable backing, etc. as per the client’s requirement of the best standard while keeping the cost to a minimum.
  • As quality control head and raw material expert close coordination in the selection of raw material, textiles, and other items with sourcing for optimizing cost vis a vis quality.
  • Continuously striving for improving the quality by analyzing customer complaints.
  • Annual project preparation under capital requirements, follow-up till completion of projects, and capitalization.
  • Analysis of raw materials, dyes, chemicals, finishing materials, packing materials, and dyed materials.
  • Looking after overall chemical compliance and giving technical assistance to Compliance, health, and safety managers, analysis of new buyer protocols and their implementation, in-charge of technical audits.
  • Lab dips for recipe confirmation, new shade development, process control, R&D of raw materials, new products, and new process developments.
  • Maintenance of existing certificates such as Wool mark, GRS, etc. and to get the new certificates such as Oeko tex 100, Green Label, etc. as per the requirement of the company.
  • Annual third-party testing, surprise checks in the process house, data analysis for internal testing, and report preparation.
  • Internal/outside calibration of laboratory instruments, GCC certificate release, Fume assessment in process house. Final shade inspection & review of sample shades.
  • Training and development of the second line.
  • Operation and control of ETP having online monitoring which is connected to CPCB and UPPCB servers. Data & report preparation for the pollution control board.
